17th Annual Yard Sale and Fundraiser

When: April 27th, 2024 from 8:00am to 2:00pm
We are looking to our supporters to make our 2024 Yard Sale a success.
We will NOT be taking items prior to April 27th and are relying on you to help us out.
If you have items that you would like to donate, please bring them on the morning of April 27th between 7:00-8:00 am. We are asking for household, clothing and home decor donations. Do that spring cleaning you've been promising. Any items not sold by 2:00 pm. will be taken to one or more thrift stores benefiting animal rescue.
You can also sell your items on Facebook Marketplace, Letgo or CPlus or Mercari and donate the proceeds through our Paypal button.
We will be setting up tables at 3809 Headingly NE beginning at 7:00 AM.
If you don't have items to donate we can always use your help unloading items and setting up tables.
It is truly heartbreaking that we continue to be overwhelmed with surrendered and unwanted Boxers. We can really use your help.
We encourage everyone to come by, say hi and check out our items for sale.
Please consider volunteering with Boxer Rescue to help us help our four legged friends. We need volunteers to help with website maintenance, Facebook maintenance, accounts payable, domain registrations, email correspondence and regulatory filings. We are also looking for board members to help us look to the future.

We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Donations of any amount are welcome. Your generosity is what keeps us able to rescue abandoned Boxers and provide them with a second chance at life.
How You Can Support Us
First and foremost, we need funds to be able to continue our efforts to rescue as many Boxers as possible. Boxer Rescue of Albuquerque, Inc. (EIN: 85-0482664) is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. Donations of any amount are welcome. Your generosity is what keeps BRA able to rescue abandoned Boxers and provide them with a second chance at life.
All donations are 100 % tax deductible. We are funded solely by public donations. These funds are needed to cover the cost of rescuing Boxers from death row, provide a safe kennel environment at BRA, feed and foster many dogs at one time, spay and neuter all dogs that come into our care, and provide medical attention as needed.
Numerous dogs require extensive medical treatment before they become available for adoption. We can only do this with your help. Please give what you can to help save our Boxers. You can make Secure Online Donations with PayPal.

Other Ways To Help!
We greatly appreciate all who adopt and foster for our organization. Our demand for foster homes almost always exceeds our ability to satisfy those needs. We welcome anyone that wishes to foster a Boxer. We do ask that you consider any challenges in your home and realize that fostering is not always easy.
We would love for all of our rescues to seamlessly blend in with any foster or adoption placement. The reality is that our rescues are often troubled and sometimes come with bad habits like chewing, jumping or digging. Please take these things into consideration when considering whether to foster.
You can always volunteer. We are always looking for transport drivers for locations around New Mexico and also transport to and from local veterinary clinics. Lastly, if you want to support our efforts get the word out to your friends and neighbors.
